Our HS Spring Awards Concert will take place this Tuesday, May 23 at 7:30pm in the High School Center for the Performing Arts. It will feature the Chamber, Encore, and Symphonic orchestras. We will have reception after the concert where students can pick up their awards. Students should bring the following food items to share:
9th grade- Salty snack/ chips/ or crackers 10th grade- Dessert or sweet snack 11th grade- two liter of pop or juice Items can be drooped off to the cafeteria before the concert. Also, we will be collecting concert uniforms immediately following the concert. Students should turn in all pieces of their uniforms in the following locations: Boys: turn in tuxes in the theater room Girls: turn in dresses in the uniform room No student should attend the reception until his/her uniform is properly turned in. Seniors may turn in their uniforms before the concert, however they must be checked off the list by our uniform coordinator. It is very important that we get all of the uniforms after the concert. Remember our parent coordinators are volunteering their time, so please don't make it more difficult for them to track down your uniform. I expect the concert to last about an hour and a half. Thank You, David Rosin

The middle school spring concert is upon us. The concert will take place this Thursday, May 18 at 7:00pm. The concert will be held in the High School Center for the Performing Arts. Students should report to the orchestra room (7th and 8th grade students) and band room (6th grade students) no later than 6:30pm in order to tune and warm up.
Students will need to bring their music, instrument, and proper uniform for this concert. 7th and 8th grade students should wear their white (ironed) tux shirt, black pants or long black skirt, and black shoes. 6th grade students should wear a white shirt, black bottoms, and black shoes. We will be collecting the white tux shirts immediately after the concert. Therefore, the 7th and 8th grade students should bring another shirt to change into after the concert. We could use a couple parents to help with the shirt collection. We will have some large bags in the orchestra room to collect the shirts. If you can help with this, please send us an email. Finally, there will be a short reception after the concert in the high school student union. We are asking each grade level to bring something to share. Due to allergies no nuts please. You can drop the items off to the union (cafeteria) when you arrive. 6th grade – bring a salty snack, chips/ crackers 7th grade- bring a sweet snack, cookies/ brownies 8th grade- 2 liter of pop/juice The students have been working very hard for this performance. We hope that you will hear the progress they have made throughout the year. The performance should last about an hour. Thank you for your continued support of the orchestra program.
